What actually is a skin fade?
Hair graduates from skin level at the sides and back up to your length on top. The fade is the seamless transition between the two. No lines, no steps, just a clean blend. Simple concept, easy to get wrong.
Which fade should you get?
Low fade starts just above the ear and neckline. Subtle, works with pretty much anything.
Mid fade starts around the temple. The most popular one we do.
High fade starts above the temple close to the top. Maximum contrast, bold look.
Bald fade is taken right to the skin for the cleanest possible finish.

What works on top?
Crops, quiffs, slick backs, buzz cuts, longer styles, mullets. All of them work with a fade. If you’ve got something specific in mind bring a photo. If you’ve got no idea bring yourself and we’ll figure it out.
